The first private-island residential offering from Montage Hotels & Resorts, the collection features three- to six-plus-bedroom turnkey and customizable homes within intimate oceanfront enclaves. Indoor-outdoor living spaces open to private pools, terraces and landscaped grounds, with the sea close at hand.
Shore Cottages offer three bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus a den. Villas and Marina Villas have four bedrooms and are delivered turnkey. Marina Villas are beachfront, sea-to-sea homes with marina access. Estate homesites are land for custom homes; Estate Residences are delivered turnkey. Each residence is oceanfront, while its setting and beach access vary.
A 46-slip deep-water marina is designed to accommodate yachts up to 100 feet, within easy reach of Hope Town, Man-O-War Cay and the boating and fishing grounds of The Abacos. Slip ownership is available exclusively to Montage Cay homeowners through Marina Club membership.
Planned resort amenities include Spa Montage, fitness and wellness facilities, six food and beverage venues, tennis and pickleball courts, Compass Sports and Paintbox Children’s Club. The island is half a mile across the Sea of Abaco from Great Abaco and is reached by boat or seaplane. The private boat transfer from Marsh Harbour takes about six minutes.
