Let me start by saying what an amazing job these developers did with this project off of West Bay Street and steps away from the beach. With affordable condo options available throughout the island this collection of units of varying sizes offer investment options for almost any real estate budget.


But before I go there Let me confess my dirty little secret, I'm a hater, when they first announced this development I with my fast self thought I should let them know in a long email what I thought was wrong with the development and that it wouldn't work. 😞 Just over a year later I low-key embarrassed because not only did it work but they're almost sold out. Anyway enough of that lets talk about the development.

With less than ten units remaining these definitely will not last long, one of the hardest things about a new development is trying to get people to see the finish product, now with impressive completed units, this community will be sold out soon.
